Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the informational website located at canadadrugs.su and all related content, features, and services offered thereon (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all applicable laws of Canada and its provinces and territories. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
These Terms are entered into between you and the website owner, Tina Guigui, operating under the name "CanadaDrugs SafeUse" ("CanadaDrugs SafeUse," "we," "us," or "our").
Eligibility and Territory
The Services are intended for users located in Canada. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your province or territory (19 in British Columbia), you may use the Services only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
Description of Services
CanadaDrugs SafeUse provides informational content for Canadian patients and caregivers, including disease overviews, medication and pill information, side effects, interactions, dosage guidelines, a pill identifier, and related safety tips. The Services may allow you to compare brand and generic options and understand distinctions between prescription and over-the-counter medicines.
The Services are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. We do not sell, dispense, or supply medications, and we are not a pharmacy, pharmaceutical wholesaler, or healthcare provider.
Medical and Safety Disclaimer
The content provided through the Services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, pharmaceutical, or other professional advice or diagnosis, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with qualified healthcare professionals. Always seek the advice of a licensed physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition, treatment, or medication, and before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment.
Medication information, interactions, dosages, side effects, and disease summaries may be incomplete, out of date, or may not reflect individual circumstances. The safety and appropriateness of any therapy for you or another person can only be determined by a licensed healthcare professional who has assessed the relevant medical history.
No Pharmacy, Clinical, or Provider Relationship
Use of the Services does not create a patient–pharmacist, patient–physician, or any other professional–client relationship. We do not practice pharmacy or medicine and do not provide prescription services. Do not rely on the Services for decisions that require professional judgment.
Informational Nature of Drug Data and Pill Identifier
Drug databases, pill images, imprint codes, and identifiers are provided on an "as is" and informational basis. Packaging variations, regional differences, generics, and manufacturer changes may affect appearance or identifying marks. Do not use the pill identifier as the sole basis to confirm medication identity or safety. Always confirm with a licensed pharmacist or healthcare professional before ingesting any medication.
Not for Emergencies
The Services must not be used for medical emergencies. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and lawful.

Consumer Rights and Non-Waiver
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia) and, where applicable, similar provincial or territorial laws. To the extent any provision of these Terms is inconsistent with such laws, that provision will apply only to the extent permitted.
Disclaimers of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, and non-infringement. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected, or that the information is accurate, complete, or current.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will CanadaDrugs SafeUse, its owner, directors, officers, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or use; or personal injury or wrongful death alleged to have resulted from reliance on the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) CAD $100 or (b) the amount you paid (if any) for use of the Services during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some provinces or territories do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability; in such jurisdictions, the above limitations will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CanadaDrugs SafeUse and its owner, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, fines, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
Changes to the Services and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting the updated Terms on the Services, unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Service Availability and Maintenance
We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Services. The Services may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, upgrades, or for reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any unavailability or data loss resulting from such events.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia for the resolution of any such disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer forum rights that may apply to you under applicable law.
Dispute Resolution
Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by negotiation. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief where appropriate.
Notice-and-Notice for Alleged Copyright Infringement
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with Canada’s notice-and-notice regime under the Copyright Act. We may forward your notice to the user who posted the material, as required by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, and governing law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CanadaDrugs SafeUse regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings relating thereto. No waiver of any provision is effective unless in writing and signed by us. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.
