How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information solely for the purposes described in this Notice or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection. We do not use personal information for fully automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Disclosure to Service Providers and Cross-Border Transfers

We may disclose personal information to trusted service providers who assist with hosting, analytics, communications, security, and professional services. These providers may be located in Canada or other jurisdictions (including the United States). We use contractual and other safeguards to ensure a comparable level of protection while the information is processed by third parties on our behalf. We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transaction (subject to applicable legal requirements).
